The idea

One app that connects to the instruments you already carry, runs live service tests, and walks you through diagnostics step by step — with answers specific to the exact unit in front of you, not generic ranges. Brand and model-specific fault codes, known failure modes, and manufacturer service notes, deep enough that you diagnose on-site.

Who it’s for

• Technicians — guided diagnostics, field-grade calculators, live gauge and probe readings, and an AI assistant that actually knows the equipment.
• Owners, PMs & supervisors — a desktop command center to run the crew: roles and permissions, shared credits with per-tech limits, and review and sign-off on jobs as they come in.

How we build

Calculations are validated against established methodology and shown with their assumptions. Diagnostic thresholds are reviewed by senior technicians before they reach the field. The technician’s judgment always comes first — the app is the sharpest tool on the truck, not a replacement for the person holding it.
