Do all paid plans unlock the same toolkit?+
Yes — every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Crew, Company) unlocks the full toolkit: all calculators, lookups, guided diagnostics, fault-code search, install guides, notes, sessions and sync. What differs is the AI assistant: Starter doesn't include it, while Pro and up add the unlimited (fair-use) AI assistant, plus seats and the console on the team plans.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?+
Starter is the entire toolkit and guided diagnostics — without the AI assistant. Pro is everything in Starter plus the unlimited (fair-use) AI assistant. The AI assistant is a Pro-and-up feature.
What can I do on the free plan?+
Free is a working preview. You can see every tool, and you can fully use the charging calculators — Superheat, Subcool, and Target Superheat — plus the PT Chart. The rest of the tools, guided diagnostics, and the AI assistant are paid.
What does “unlimited” AI mean?+
On the AI plans (Pro and up) the assistant runs under a fair-use policy: a generous monthly pool plus a light weekly throttle so it stays fast for everyone. If you exceed the pool, overflow spends credits — there's no hard cutoff. See our Fair-Use Policy for the details.
How do credits work?+
One credit is about one AI message. Credit packs (100, 500, 1,200) are available on every tier and cover overflow past your monthly pool. Bigger packs cost less per message.
How are Crew and Company priced?+
Per seat: Crew is $17/seat/mo (minimum 3 seats) and Company is $14/seat/mo (minimum 10). You set up and manage seats in your shop's console — that's where roles, the shared AI pool, and oversight live.
Is it the same account as the mobile app?+
Yes. Coldr is one product across web and mobile — the same sign-in, the same plan, the same credits, and the same data carry across both.
